1. Product Description

FORDIA Offset Printing Spray Powder is a high-performance anti-set-off powder specially developed for sheet-fed offset printing. It creates a fine separation layer between printed sheets, preventing ink set-off, blocking and surface damage while maintaining excellent print quality and production efficiency.

5. Available Grades

FORDIA provides different grades according to printing requirements:

6. Usage Recommendation

Product Description

The product is an Anti-set-off spray powder specially designed for sheet-fed offset printing. It helps prevent ink set-off, blocking and sticking during paper stacking after printing. The powder has good flowability, uniform dispersibility and stable anti set-off performance. The hydrophilic and/or lipophilic surface treatment allows the powder to distribute more evenly on the printed ink surface, especially suitable for high ink coverage, thick paper, coated paper, cardboard and packaging printing applications.
