Product Characteristics
Plate Compatibility: Fully compatible with both PS (Presensitized) and CTP (Computer-to-Plate) plates without compromising the run length (printing durability) of the plate.
High Latitude: Suitable for standard water conditions. It features a strong buffering capacity and excellent operating latitude.
Optimal Ink-Water Balance: Achieves rapid ink-water balance with significantly reduced dampening water consumption.
Print Quality: Ensures excellent halftone dot fidelity and sharp reproduction.
Clean Restarts: Employs advanced plate protection technology to prevent plate scumming and oxidation during press stops, ensuring clean restarts.
System Maintenance: Effectively inhibits the growth of bacteria, algae, and fungi, maintaining a clean and clear dampening circulation system.
Directions for Use:
- Preparation: Thoroughly flush and empty the dampening system's circulation tank before introducing Fountain Solution.
- Dosage Recommendations: Fountain Solution Concentrate: 3% - 4%
- IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol): 10% - 12%
- Temperature Control: Ensure the dampening system chiller/cooling unit is set to maintain a temperature between 9°C and 12°C.
