PRODUCT PROFILE

Designed for UV-focused offset production

FORDIA UV-30 combines an EPDM-based printing surface with a reinforced, compressible carcass. The surface is selected for resistance to the chemistry commonly used in UV and LED-UV ink systems, while the compressible layer absorbs short-duration pressure peaks and recovers after the nip. The result is a practical balance of image transfer, dimensional stability and press-side durability.

FORDIA UV-30 is intended primarily for sheet-fed applications, including commercial print, folding carton and label work. Metal decorating and selected synthetic substrates may also be suitable when the blanket gauge, packing, press configuration, ink/coating chemistry and wash program have been verified.
